Extended Hours Appointments

Extended hours are where we provide pre-bookable appointments in the evening after 6.30PM one day a week. Going forward we intend to offer appointments at some of our neighbouring practices as well. These changes aim to improve access to GP services, make out of hours services provided by GPs more consistent across the country, more accessible to people who need them and more integrated with other health services.

Presently we are offering extended hours appointments between 18:30 and 20:00 on Fridays. This will change to Mondays from April 2023. These appointments are bookable online as well as by telephone or in person.

Additionally we can offer nurses and blood test appointments on Saturdays at Woodlands Health Centre, 4 Edwin Hall Place, Hither Green Lane, SE13 6RN. These appointments must be booked through our receptionists.
